Part-time Youth Minister
Flat Rock Baptist Church – Louisburg, NC
Flat Rock Baptist Church is seeking a Christ-centered, energetic individual to serve as our Part-Time Youth Minister. This position is focused on leading and growing a ministry that helps our youth and young adults develop a vibrant, personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about discipleship, sound in biblical doctrine, and skilled in building relationships with students, families, and volunteers. The Youth Minister will plan and implement weekly Bible studies, seasonal events, outreach opportunities, and fellowship gatherings designed to nurture spiritual growth and connection within the church and community.
Qualifications:
- A growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Seminary graduate or currently enrolled
- Experience in youth ministry preferred
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- A heart for reaching and discipling youth and young adults
The Youth Minister will work closely with the Pastor and Youth Committee to shape the vision and direction of the ministry. This is a vital role with eternal impact, and we are looking for someone who feels genuinely called by God to invest in the next generation.
