The purpose of this document is to insure TRBA Staff members/volunteers have the basic information needed to fulfill the request of the person/group/church inviting them to present. Please complete all applicable portions of the form so that the staff member will have all the information needed to share with your group. Once the requested staff member has confirmed their calendar, they will confirm with you.
