Many churches immediately want resumes to review,he first thing church members want are resumes. When this is the first item of business, I am looking for a quick turnover of pastors in the church, Nonetheless, the NC Baptist State Convention provides a Sharing & Referral System for Ministry Positions. There have been mixed reviews on the improvements made, but they are to be better.
Any downloadable resources will be much like any others you get from TRBA and other Baptist entities. When a church invites me to meet with the search team or you get my "Best Practices..." book, you will get those items.

They are active members of Ephesus Baptist Church in Spring Hope, where Linda is an assistant teacher, leads an inductive Bible study group, active prayer warrior, and mentors several women.
Dougald is responsible for the overall vision and strategy of the Association, giving direction to the long-term goals of the Association while also overseeing the day-to-day operations. Dougald's guiding principle in working with member churches is based on a statement made by a denominational leader 20+ years ago as he was sensing God's call into Associational Missions. That statement is, "Any two people genuinely seeking God can work together." Believing this, his heart's desire is to see churches, working together to impact lostness in this generation.
